The Department of Trade at the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb, is organizing an international scientific conference Trade Perspectives 2012: Trade in the Context of Sustainable Development.
The conference will take place from November 21 to 22 in the congress hall of the Faculty of Economics, and its aim is to explore changes in trade driven by the growing awareness of trade entities and the public regarding the necessity of caring for the environment, community welfare, all while respecting the fundamental economic principles of business.
In addition, the aim of the conference is to analyze the changes brought to certain market segments by the entry of specific trading companies, such as: the construction of infrastructure in a certain area, enriching the offer of social content, and the application of new phrases in the development of business cooperation among exchange entities.
The conference is not limited to the proposed topics, and participants are encouraged to propose their own topics within the main theme of the conference.
