HPB Introduced New Unsecured and Secured Loans in Kuna

Hrvatska poštanska banka has introduced secured and unsecured loans for citizens in kuna. In a special offer from November 15, 2012, to March 31, 2013, fees for loans in kuna have been reduced by 25 percent.

From November 15, Hrvatska poštanska banka is introducing an unsecured loan for citizens in kuna and is starting to offer loans for property legalization, also in kuna. According to the bank, HPB was the first on the market last year with an offer of housing loans in kuna, and it recorded the highest growth in housing lending. In the first nine months, the growth amounted to 21.5 percent.

– Further growth in kuna lending has been enabled by the favorable currency and maturity structure of the Bank’s deposits. In total deposits of the population, which exceeded 7.5 billion kuna at the end of October, the share of kuna deposits is almost equal to that of foreign currency – they say at HPB.

In a special offer until March 31, 2013, the reduced fee for processing kuna loans applies to unsecured loans, pensioner loans, housing loans, green housing loans, and loans for property legalization.
