The agenda of the open part of the session includes the Draft Proposal for Amendments to the State Budget of the Republic of Croatia for the year 2012.
Additionally, drafts of proposals for amendments to the financial plans of Croatian Waters, the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund, Croatian Roads, the State Agency for the Protection of Deposits and Bank Rehabilitation, and amendments to the State Budget and financial plans of extra-budgetary users will be discussed.
There will also be discussions on the Draft Final Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Execution of the State Budget for 2012. The Government will consider the proposal of the law on the rehabilitation of public institutions, amendments to the Law on Payment Transactions, along with the draft final proposal of the law, and the Draft Final Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Procedures and Conditions for Construction to Encourage Investment.
Among other agenda items is the proposal for a decision to extend the application of the National Employment Promotion Plan for 2011 and 2012 until July 1, 2013, a report on the implementation of the humanitarian demining plan and the funds spent for 2011, and a proposal for the plan for 2012; reports on the implementation of measures from the action plans related to the Anti-Corruption Strategy adopted in 2008 and 2010.
