The Gastro Days of the Zagreb Catering Association will be held on Thursday, November 15, at the Green Gold business center in Zagreb, announced the leaders of the Zagreb Catering Association at today’s press conference.
The aim of the event is to promote Croatian indigenous cuisine, Zagreb’s gastronomic offerings, and to open a discussion on the issues faced by association members in Zagreb and throughout Croatia, said the president of the Zagreb Catering Association, Nenad Šepak.
As part of the Gastro Days, there will be an exhibition of delicacies from prominent Zagreb caterers, and the event will also serve as an introduction to the Congress of Croatian Caterers, which will take place on November 19 and 20 in Tuhelj. A round table will also discuss the introduction of fiscal cash registers.
The Zagreb Catering Association is a non-profit organization that brings together around two thousand Zagreb caterers-entrepreneurs.
