PBZ Croatia Insurance OMF has announced that it has crossed the five percent threshold in the ownership structure of Končar Elektroindustrija, reports the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
This fund now holds 5.35 percent of the shares of Končar Elektroindustrija, having crossed the five percent threshold on October 26 of this year.
According to data from SKDD, PBZ OMF is sixth on the list of the largest shareholders of Končar Elektroindustrija with 137,624 shares.
