Adris grupa has informed the Zagreb Stock Exchange that it is participating in the public offering of Uljanik shares.
– Based on the Issuer’s Prospectus approved by Hanfa on October 31, 2012, Adris grupa has decided to participate in the increase of the share capital of Uljanik – states the company’s announcement. Adris grupa has already submitted the necessary documentation to participate in the transaction.
Let us remind you, the Pula-based Uljanik announced last week a public invitation to interested institutional investors for the subscription of new ordinary shares. The intention is to issue up to 3,354,380 new shares at a nominal amount of 90.00 kuna per share, and the price range for the subscription of new shares is from 90.00 to 100.00 kuna.
