At the Extraordinary General Assembly of INA convened for December 18 at the request of the Government, shareholders are proposed the recall of Davor Štern from the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of INA, as well as the recall of members Damir Vanđelić and Gordana Sekulić.
In a statement published on the Zagreb Stock Exchange website, university professor Siniša Petrović, graduated economist Željko Perić, and graduated chemical engineer Mladen Proštenik are proposed as new members of the Supervisory Board.
Let us remind you that the Government proposed the recall of the current Supervisory Board of INA at the end of October.
