Almost half of Britons would vote in a referendum for the United Kingdom to leave the European Union, while less than a third would vote to remain, according to a new public opinion poll.
YouGov agency announced on Thursday that 49 percent of Britons support leaving the EU, while 28 percent want to stay in the Union. Seventeen percent are undecided, and the rest would not vote. The survey was conducted at the end of October with 1,637 respondents.
A survey conducted on a thousand Germans showed that 57 percent want to remain in the EU, while 25 percent wish to exit.
