The Finnish textile company Lindström will soon open a service center for the rental of high-quality workwear near Zagreb, primarily aimed at business clients, reported Lindström Group.
Launching operations in Croatia is one of the company’s strategic goals, as the Croatian market has growth potential, they state. “Our goal is to become the market leader, and thanks to our extensive experience, we are well acquainted with client needs and provide them with reliable and affordable service,” said Mislav Barišić, Lindström’s director for Croatia.
He notes that this type of service is largely unknown to domestic business users, and its advantages are numerous, especially due to the savings they can achieve. Lindström hopes for successful positioning in the domestic market, and one of the main goals is to establish cooperation with large corporate and public clients who have a need for workwear.
The advantages of renting workwear for business clients are manifold – it allows companies to save costs, protective suits remain the property of the service provider, and the user only pays for the rental service, said Juha Laurio, president of Lindström Group. He also emphasizes that this business model has been recognized by companies worldwide and the market is significantly expanding. Lindström offers its clients a rental service that includes daily washing of used workwear and delivery of clean work clothing. Lindström currently operates in 21 countries, has 2,500 employees, and achieved 262 million euros in revenue in 2011.
