The name Steve Jobs is most commonly associated with Apple, but many forget that he played a crucial role in the creation of Pixar, a pioneer in the field of computer animation.
Jobs financed this studio even before it became profitable, investing his own funds into the company, which decided to honor him by naming its main building after him a year after his death.
