The management of Ledo has made a decision to convene the General Assembly on December 14, where it will decide on the increase of the share capital.
According to the information published on the Stock Exchange, the capital increase will be carried out by cash payment, issuing a maximum of 93,750 new ordinary shares with a nominal value of 380.00 kuna.
The company’s capital currently amounts to 83.6 million kuna, and an increase of up to 36.6 million kuna is planned.
The issuance of new shares will be considered successful if 60 percent of the total issuance amount is subscribed and paid within the specified period. New shares are issued for a higher amount than the part of the share capital that pertains to them. The established price of new shares is at least 8000 kuna. New shares will not be issued below this amount.
