As of November 6, the listing of Belišće shares on the Regular Market is being canceled, according to a statement from the Zagreb Stock Exchange. The reason for this decision is the corporate action of squeezing out minority shareholders of Belišće, which was recorded by SKDD to the account of the main shareholder Duropack gmbH, which has also become the sole shareholder of the company.
According to the Stock Exchange rules, at least 15 percent of shares must be distributed publicly for a company to be listed on the Regular Market.
In accordance with the decision of the General Assembly of the company held in August of this year, SKDD executed a severance payment of 479 kuna per share.
