In October, the favorable trading statistics from September continued on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, with regular trading in shares increasing by 20 percent compared to September, reaching 244 million kuna, and the stock indices also finished the month in the positive.
The value of Crobex increased by 2.3 percent, to 1,754.82 points, while Crobex10 ended October at 982.49 points, which is 2.9 percent higher than at the end of September, as announced today by the Zagreb Stock Exchange. The most traded stock in October, with a turnover exceeding 40 million kuna, was HT’s stock, which rose by 0.7 percent last month, to 204.32 kuna.
Following closely with a turnover of nearly 30 million kuna was the preferred stock of the Adris Group, which also saw its price increase by as much as 12.1 percent, to 249.99 kuna.
Shares of Končar Elektroindustrija, with a monthly turnover of 19 million kuna, recorded a price increase of 5.2 percent, to a closing price of 610 kuna.
Shares of Ericsson Nikola Tesla achieved a turnover of 11.5 million kuna in October, and these shares also ended the month with a price increase of 9.4 percent, to 1,280.01 kuna. More than 8 million kuna in turnover was ‘collected’ last month by the shares of INA and Valamar Adria Holding, with INA’s stock decreasing by 5.8 percent, to 4,147 kuna, while Valamar’s stock increased by 6.6 percent, to 108.17 kuna.
