The company Ledo, part of the Agrokor group, achieved a net profit of 118.4 million kuna in the first nine months of this year, which is a 6.2 percent increase compared to the same period last year, according to data from Ledo’s financial report published on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
Profit before tax amounts to 130.1 million kuna, an increase of 4.5 percent, and the explanation of the business results states that this growth is a result of implemented rationalizations in operations.
Total revenues of Ledo amounted to 996.9 million kuna, a decrease of 0.64 percent compared to the first nine months of last year, while total expenses decreased by 1.4 percent, to 866.8 million kuna.
Ledo’s business revenues in the first nine months of this year amounted to 975.6 million kuna, a decrease of 0.8 percent.
The management in the interim report states that business revenues in the quarter fell by one percent, which was caused by a decline in exports related to the export of Ledo’s companies abroad. Namely, Ledo’s subsidiaries abroad are independently procuring commercial goods this year, explains the management.
It also states that the collection of receivables from customers proceeded according to collection plans, enabling the settlement of obligations to suppliers and the uninterrupted procurement of necessary raw materials and services for a smooth production process.
