The Government of the Republic of Croatia has made a decision at the closed part of the 59th session to grant consent to Hrvatska elektroprivreda d.d. for the extension of borrowing from Raiffeisenbank Austria.
This involves granting consent to HEP for the extension of a revolving limit of up to 40,000,000.00 euros for financing positions from HEP’s Economic Plan for 2012 – ensuring liquidity. Additionally, a decision has been made to grant consent to Hrvatska elektroprivreda d.d. for the extension and increase of the borrowing amount from SG – Splitska banka d.d. Consent is granted to Hrvatska elektroprivreda d.d. for the extension and increase of the framework loan amounting to up to 16,000,000.00 euros from SG-Splitska banka d.d., for working capital, as stated on the Government’s website.
