Microsoft today announced the availability of the Windows 8 operating system for users in Croatia simultaneously with over 140 countries in 37 language versions. From Friday, October 26, end users and businesses will be able to take full advantage of this operating system.
Microsoft also announced the grand opening of the Windows Store, an online store that will be available on more than a thousand Windows 8 certified computers and tablet PCs.
Windows 8 will be available for download and upgrade of existing computers in over 140 countries and in 37 language versions at www.windows.com/buy, and users will also be able to purchase it at retail locations worldwide. Windows 8 will be available in retail in two versions, Windows 8 and Windows 8 Pro. Windows 8 in Croatia will be accompanied by a range of local applications, some of which can be downloaded already, reported Microsoft Croatia.
