Growth of Pension Fund Values ‘Boosted’ Mirex

The value of the Mirex index, the average weighted value of four mandatory pension funds, recorded an increase on Wednesday. According to data from HANFA, its value increased by 0.16 points or 0.09 percent compared to the previous day – to 175.2711 points.

This is a result of the increase in the value of all mandatory pension funds. The value of the Erste Plavi fund increased by 0.17 percent, to 180.4474 points, and the PBZ Croatia osiguranje fund by 0.15 percent, to 161.7797 points. The value of the AZ fund also increased by 0.09 percent, to 179.5081 points, and the Raiffeisen fund by 0.01 percent, to 174.6789 points.

In the case of voluntary pension funds, all recorded gains. The value of the Erste Plavi Expert DMF and Erste Plavi Protect DMF increased by 0.18, AZ benefit DMF by 0.1, Croatia osiguranje DMF by 0.09, AZ profit DMF by 0.07, and Raiffeisen DMF by 0.05 percent.

In closed voluntary pension funds, almost all recorded an increase in value. The value of the fund of the Croatian Medical Association increased by 0.23, the T-HT fund by 0.19, the Journalists’ fund by 0.15, the Ericsson Nikola Tesla fund by 0.14, the Cestarskog fund by 0.13, the Auto Hrvatske fund by 0.11, the Croatia osiguranje fund by 0.1, the AZ Dalekovod fund, AZ Zagreb fund, and the fund of the Union of Croatian Seafarers by 0.08, the Atuoceste Rijeka-Zagreb fund and AZ VIP fund by 0.07, the AZ fund of the Croatian Air Navigation, the HEP group fund, and the Croatian Highways fund by 0.06, and the Railway Workers fund by 0.01 percent. On the other hand, only the value of the AZ ZABA fund recorded a minimal loss.
