Tomislav Dragičević sold the majority of his shares in INA

Tomislav Dragičević, former CEO of INA, has disposed of the majority of his shares in the oil company. According to a notice published on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Dragičević sold 90 shares before Christmas at a price of 2837 kuna.

The shares were sold on December 23, 2010, and represent 0.00090% of INA’s share capital. After the sale of these shares,  Dragičević still owns two shares of INA, which constitute 0.00002% of the share capital and provide two votes, or 0.00002% of the total votes, at the INA General Assembly.
