Galinec resigns as CEO of Industrogradnja

At the General Assembly of Industrogradnja Group d.d. held on December 28, Josip Galinec was unanimously elected as a member of the Supervisory Board after previously resigning from the position of CEO of the Company.

The Supervisory Board also accepted the resignation of Management Board member Ivona Pavelić. The Management Board previously presented to the Supervisory Board a decision on activities for restructuring the Company’s business over the next 12-18 months, which foresees targeted activities in three segments: improving construction activities, developing capital projects, and managing a real estate fund – with the aim of ensuring conditions for the sustainable continuation and development of overall business and increasing shareholder capital value. For each of the mentioned segments, the Company will appoint directors with appropriate knowledge and references, and the implementation of the decision will be monitored by the Supervisory Board. The Management Board also reported on the concluded credit arrangement, with the participation of the Company’s largest shareholders, which secured the financial resources necessary for the planned activities. The Management Board and the Supervisory Board expect that after the implemented and announced changes, the Company will be more efficient in continuing activities to achieve previously set business goals, stated Industrogradnja in a press release to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
