Out of a thousand apartments, which according to estimates by Jadranka Kosor were supposed to be sold by the end of the year thanks to state incentives, only 62 have been sold. Thus, only six percent of the planned amount.
Since the enactment of the Law on Encouraging the Sale of Apartments, under which the state decided to stimulate the sale of apartments with loans ranging from 100 to 300 euros per square meter, APN has received 97 loan applications and approved 62 of them. The largest number of loan applications came from the area of the City of Zagreb and Zagreb County (a total of 26), followed by Osijek-Baranja (11 applications) and Dubrovnik-Neretva County (eight applications). The average price of these apartments is 1,163 euros per square meter, and the average area is 80.69 square meters. (A. K.)
