Slovenian radio reported, citing unofficial information, that Sanader was registered as a passenger on the flight that departed from Ljubljana to London at 15:50, writes hrt.hr
Spokesman of the Ministry of the Interior Krunoslav Borovec stated that the police did not have an order for Sanader’s detention, so he was not prevented from crossing the border around 11:45 at Bregana. Slovenian Prime Minister Borut Pahor confirmed that Sanader entered Slovenia, but did not wish to comment on the details. The Slovenian agency STA reported that the Slovenian police confirmed that Sanader entered Slovenia, but could not say whether he left it. (www.hrt.hr)
