The Mandate Immunity Commission has unanimously revoked the parliamentary immunity of former Prime Minister Ivo Sanader, reports the portal Nacional.hr
Voting on the revocation of parliamentary immunity is currently underway in the Parliament. It should be noted that HDZ representatives have been instructed to gather in the parliamentary chamber precisely at 3 PM to vote on the revocation of Sanader’s immunity. This is, in fact, the first time that criminal prosecution is sought for a Croatian Prime Minister. (www.nacional.hr)
