Our columnist Inga Lalić organizes and leads a series of workshops and training sessions for personal and business development at her center RE-FORMA. ‘We recognized the situation and adapted to our clients by offering them small educational programs lasting three hours at popular prices, providing them with concrete and applicable skills, tools, and techniques to ease their daily life and work,’ says Lalić.
One of the most attended programs is the workshop ‘Three Laws of Money’ on personal finance, where participants receive simple techniques on how to get out of the red and manage household finances, as well as an overview of the financial market in Croatia. For those considering additional sources of income or a job change, there is the workshop ‘How to Turn a Hobby into a Business,’ which helps them find the right path and method to achieve this. For small entrepreneurs, craft owners, and freelancers, the program ‘Entrepreneurial Pyramid’ has been designed to help them refine their business communication, negotiation, sales, and management skills, showing them ways to increase their income. The program is organized through six modules and takes place twice a week in the evenings.
