As part of the Adriatic Insurance campaign ‘Drivers Beware, Children are in Traffic’, which is being held for the third consecutive year, all first-grade students were invited to respond to the question: What is traffic? through artistic work during October and November.
Today, an exhibition of all works and a fun awards ceremony for the luckiest ones was held at the Adriatic premises in Zagreb. The campaign is conducted in schools to alert children to respect traffic signs and to encourage them to pay extra attention when they appear as participants in traffic on their way from home to school. This year, the campaign has expanded beyond Zagreb to Varaždin, Osijek, Zadar, Rijeka, and Šibenik, where kindergartens have also joined the initiative. (Z. S.)
