Of the five venture capital funds – Nexus FGS, Quaestus Private Equity II, Alternative Private Equity FGS, Prosperus FGS, and Honestasa – whose formation is expected by the end of the year, only Honestasa does not yet exist as a fund.
Two months ago, the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency approved the establishment of a company that will manage the fund for economic cooperation, so currently, there are only Honestas Private Equity Partners, a company for fund management. The Honestas private equity fund is still in the process of being established. Behind it stands its leader Dominik Lice, former CEO of the company for the establishment and management of investment funds HPB Investa. (J. T.)
