Resolved Issues on the T-Mobile Network

During the upgrade of the T-Mobile network over the past two days, there were several instances of unpredictable difficulties with the voice service. The disruptions have now been resolved, but some minor issues with the voice service may still occur, and work on the network will continue, HT announced today.

Unfortunately, the difficulties arose precisely during the implementation of technological changes aimed at further improving the service for all our users. Aware of the inconvenience these issues may have caused, T-Mobile will provide all its users with benefits to mitigate the negative consequences of the difficulties in using voice services. As an apology, we will offer all our users two days of free calls in Croatia to all networks. Users will be informed via SMS about the start of the free calls. HT is continuously working on improving its offerings and business processes, which can sometimes unfortunately result in unforeseen difficulties in network operation.  We would like to extend our sincerest apologies to all our users once again and thank them for their patience and understanding.
