Today, issues have been noticed again in the T-Mobile network regarding the use of voice services on the UMTS/GSM network in the continental part of Croatia, according to the company’s statement.
At the same time, all other services (mobile internet, SMS, MMS…) are functioning normally. T-Mobile’s technical services are working to identify and resolve the issues. Normalization of telecommunications traffic is expected soon. T-Mobile apologizes to users for any inconvenience. After they more precisely detect the causes and consequences of the problem, they will determine the method of compensation for users for any difficulties they may have experienced due to the temporary unavailability of our voice services, according to T-Mobile’s statement.
