Hakom fines members of HT’s management with 76,700 kuna

Hakom, the regulator of electronic communications of the Croatian Post and Electronic Communications Agency, has issued a decision, or administrative measure, requiring the members of the management of Hrvatski Telekom to pay a total of 76,700 kuna within one day.

The members of the management to whom the administrative measure applies are:  Ivica Mudrinić, CEO of HT, and management members Juergen  Czapran, Božidar Poldrugača, Irena Jolić Šimović, Branka Skaramući, and Johan Busé. All of them are imposed an administrative measure in the total amount of 76,770 kuna and are required to pay the specified monetary amount to the state budget account within eight days of receiving the decision. They are at fault, states the HAKOM announcement  as HT offered lower prices for fixed telephony, thus violating the regulated retail prices of telecommunications services in the fixed network. (M.N.)
