Igor Oppenheim receives a new five-year term at the helm of Ingra

The Supervisory Board (SB) of Ingra, at a meeting held at the end of last week, appointed Igor Oppenheim as the CEO for a new five-year term, according to a company announcement published on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

The SB also approved changes to the company’s share capital and consented to convene the General Assembly of Ingra. The announcement also states that there has been a change within the company’s Management Board, specifically that Jasna Ludviger has ceased to be a member of the company’s Management Board due to retirement.
