Intertekstil Stanić, a company owned by Zvijezdana and Irena Stanić that specializes in selling home decor equipment, plans to expand intensively and open new stores.
Two years ago, it had 12 retail units, today it has 27 (including franchises and outlets), and it plans to open a number of new ones. Rijeka, Pula, Umag, Vinkovci, Šibenik, Zadar, and Zagreb are some of the cities where the company is looking for spaces ranging from 50 to 70 or from 100 to 200 square meters. In addition to retail spaces for rent or purchase, Intertekstil Stanić also plans to expand its business network as before, through franchising. If it continues its aggressive expansion, it could become a serious player in the home equipment market. The company’s revenue last year was around 30 million kuna. (A. K)
