Ascendant Capital Advisors, a consulting firm and investment bank, has continued its plan to strengthen its presence in the regional market by opening an office in Belgrade.
This is the third branch of Ascendant, as the company has long been operating in the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina through its office in Sarajevo, in addition to its headquarters in Zagreb. Ascendant Capital Advisors was founded in 2003 and is one of the leading consulting firms in the financial market, specializing in advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, and investments in promising projects. The company plans to expand its operations throughout Eastern and Southern Europe, announcing that the offices in Sarajevo and Belgrade are just the beginning. The office will be managed by Dejan Tufegdžić, an investment consulting expert with extensive experience in the finance sector, while Vuk Đukić will serve as the chief investment analyst. Ascendant’s Belgrade office will be responsible not only for the Serbian market but also for business development in Macedonia, according to the press release. (Z. S.)
