In an interview for Paralele HRT, former president Stjepan Mesić confirmed that the mayor of Osijek, Krešimir Bubalo, had been in his office several times.

No one can access that information – was the former president’s response to the question from the mayor of Osijek – whether it could be known when and what kind of verdict would be announced for Branimir Glavaš?! He commented on the activation and then freezing of the parliamentary mandate of the detained Mladen Barišić. Barišić did this to secure himself and be able to return to the Parliament after some time, when he assesses that the time has come for it. There will be no factions here. Those who came to power with a fierce campaign will not easily leave power with two or three representatives, he said.
Mesić claims he has never heard anything about Fimi Media and that he did not know that business was being conducted with it.
