Đuro Đaković Holding has announced a tender for the sale of 15.3 percent of shares of Đuro Đaković Montaža that remain with the Holding after the privatization in which the majority owner of Montaža became the German Bilfinger Berger.

A total of 38,752 shares are for sale, each with a nominal value of 300 kuna, making the total nominal value of the package 11.62 million kuna. The starting price set in the tender for the entire package is 23.25 million kuna, or 600 kuna per share. The right of first refusal belongs to the majority owner – Bilfinger Berger Power Services, at the price offered by the most favorable bidder. The deadline for submitting bids is November 3 at 12 PM, and the opening of bids will take place the same day at 1 PM. The Supervisory Board of Montaža will make a decision on the most favorable bidder within 30 days from the date of the opening of bids. Bilfinger Berger Power Services became the majority owner of Đuro Đaković Montaža in April last year when it purchased 50 percent plus one share of this largest and most successful company from the Đaković Group. At that time, Đuro Đaković Holding retained 15.3 percent of the shares in Đuro Đaković Montaža. Before acquiring the majority stake, Bilfinger Berger purchased 24.9 percent of shares from seven of Montaža’s managers. (H)
