Uljanik Plovidba has reported to the Zagreb Stock Exchange the acquisition of 6550 pieces of its own shares, which constitute 1.13% of the share capital.
Following this acquisition, Uljanik Plovidba d.d. owns 38164 pieces of its own shares, which constitute 6.58% of the share capital. The shares were acquired at a price of 575 kuna per piece. (M.N.)
