By the decision of the parent bank Cassa di Risparmio della Repubblica di San Marino S.p.A., Banka Kovanica d.d. has been recapitalized with 30,604,200 kuna, bringing its equity capital to 142,964,400 kuna.
The recapitalization was carried out through the contribution of rights and cash payment aimed at strengthening the business activities of Banka Kovanica in the domestic financial market, the statement said. ‘With the recapitalization of the Bank, we have strengthened our position in the domestic financial market. By initiating the process of expanding the range of offerings of Banka Kovanica for citizens and business entities, we will achieve part of our ambitions, and we are confident that the recapitalization will enable us to develop even faster,’ said Radojka Olić, the CEO of Banka Kovanica.
