Damir Sabol launches the company Računi.hr d.o.o

Damir Sabol, after leaving Iskon, returns to the entrepreneurial waters with the company Računi.hr d.o.o., which establishes a system for electronic receipt and payment of invoices.

The value of the project has also been recognized by BICRO, the government agency for the implementation of technology development support programs, whose investment of 900,000 kuna will enable the accelerated development of the project. The project partner is the Faculty of Organization and Informatics from Varaždin. Računi.hr creates technology and infrastructure that enables the introduction of the e-invoice service in banks, providing companies connected to the system with a simple way to issue invoices electronically. The system will reduce the costs of sending invoices for companies, while citizens will save time using it and will find it easier and simpler to make payments. In addition to these advantages, the use of e-invoices also brings positive environmental effects. – The development of the internet and modern technologies has enabled the launch of new electronic services that can significantly ease everyday life while simultaneously increasing business efficiency. We have been preparing this project for a long time and believe that now is the ideal time for its widespread introduction – stated Damir Sabol, director of the company Računi.hr d.o.o.

E-invoices are a complete replacement for paper invoices, and they arrive to users in electronic form within internet banking instead of in a mailbox, where they can be viewed via computers or mobile devices. As the e-invoice system is built in partnership with banks, payment is made very simply, with a single mouse click in internet banking or by selecting the payment option on the mobile phone screen. The market availability of e-invoice services for end users via internet banking is expected at the beginning and during 2011, depending on the speed of implementation within individual banks. (M.N.)
