AutoZubak and AkzoNobel Sign New Import Agreement

After six months of negotiations, AutoZubak has signed a contract with AkzoNobel, making the company the new supplier of automotive repair materials for AutoZubak’s paint shop.

AkzoNobel is the world’s largest manufacturer of paints and coatings, and the selection was a logical step as one of the crisis measures aimed at achieving savings by optimizing the procurement process. For its daily operations, AutoZubak’s paint shop will import and use Sikkens automotive repair materials. Sikkens is one of three commercial brands for the automotive repair industry produced by Akzo Nobel. Additionally, the signing of an import agreement between AZ Crobusa and AkzoNobel is also in preparation. With this collaboration, AutoZubak continues its strategy of direct cooperation with manufacturers, which began with the signing of a contract with Continental upon entering the TTM (Tire Trade Management) system. By closely collaborating with manufacturers, AutoZubak aims to enhance service quality for the end user and improve operational performance, while planning to position itself in the distribution market for automotive repair materials by opening a regional center.
