Internet Explorer 9 Beta Introduced

Internet Explorer 9 beta is now available to users worldwide, announced Microsoft in San Francisco. It is the first browser with full hardware acceleration on HTML5 video technology.

Internet Explorer 9 is designed as the only web browser that focuses on and delivers users’ favorite websites integrated with Windows 7, providing a completely new web experience with partners such as Facebook, Red Bull GmbH, Quiksilver Inc., My Space, LinkedIn, Twitter, Dailymotion, Amazon.com, eBay, IMDB, Wall Street Journal, CNN, and many others. -The web comes down to pages, and so should your browser. Internet Explorer 9 emphasizes those pages, and we are honored that many partners have joined us to create a wealth of the web with so many pages, which was not possible before, highlighted Dean Hachamovitch, Corporate Vice President of Windows Internet Explorer at Microsoft.

Internet Explorer 9 also focuses on applications that are clear and transparent, integration with Windows 7, and more pixels for the webpage, rather than the browser, allowing pages to ‘shine’. Browser management has been simplified and shortened. Features of the new browser include: the ‘Pin’ function, which allows users to directly access their favorite pages without opening the browser; the ‘JumpList’ function, enabling quick and easy multitasking: writing emails, checking inboxes, changing music stations, accepting friends’ calls, or viewing the latest news. The new browser takes full advantage of modern PC hardware to enhance overall web surfing efficiency. Microsoft has, of course, ensured the security of its users’ browsing, as the new browser has been developed as the most secure browser, with the latest technology that provides protection for users’ security and data.
