The Agrokor Group is expanding its business into the energy sector and has recently established a company called Agrokor Energija, which will focus on the utilization and application of renewable energy sources from conventional raw materials and waste.
"The company Agrokor Energija has just been established, its director is Herman Seidl. The company will deal with the utilization and application of renewable energy sources from conventional raw materials and waste," Agrokor briefly reported. The group had previously announced its entry into the energy sector, including the possibility of building gas stations within Konzum shopping centers. Agrokor’s primary activities are the production and distribution of food and beverages, as well as retail, and it comprises several agricultural-industrial companies, including PIK Vrbovec, PIK Vinkovci, Belje, etc. (H)
