CBBS, in collaboration with the European Training Institute, one of the leading educational institutions from Brussels, and the Faculty of Economics from Zagreb, has prepared an EU education program that will be organized in two modules under the name ‘Brussels meets Zagreb’.
The first part will take place in Zagreb on October 21 and 22, and the second in Brussels from November 24 to 26. The modules will cover the following topics: EU institutions, decision-making and preparation processes, lobbying in the EU, funds and negotiations, media and communication. The lecturers will be ETI experts on EU issues, while domestic knowledge and experience in working with EU funds and projects will be conveyed by experts and lecturers from Croatia and neighboring countries. The goal of this program is to familiarize the Croatian economy and society as a whole with the functioning and decision-making processes in the European Union in order to better prepare for the new system and to be more successful in the competition among representatives of the 27 EU member states.
