As of September 20, shares of Čakovečki mlinovi, Istraturist, and Konzum will be included in the composition of the Crobex stock index of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, while shares of Belišće, PBZ, and Viadukt will be excluded from Crobex, the Zagreb Stock Exchange reported today.
The Index Commission conducted a revision of the Crobex index at today’s meeting, based on trading data from March 1 to August 31 of this year. The conditions for inclusion in Crobex were met by shares of Čakovečki mlinovi, Istraturist, and Konzum, which will be part of the index starting Monday, September 20. Shares of Belišće and PBZ did not meet the conditions for remaining in Crobex (they did not meet the trading days requirement), and shares of Viadukt (they did not meet the combined requirement of trading volume and free float market capitalization) will be excluded from the index. The change in the composition of Crobex will take place after the trading ends on September 17. This is the second revision of Crobex with modified criteria for selecting shares to be included in the Crobex composition, and a limit on the number of shares in its composition to 25. Specifically, from the shares that were traded more than 90 percent of the days in the past six-month period, 25 shares with the highest trading volume and free float market capitalization are selected.
