The ‘Buy Croatian’ campaign will take place on Saturday, September 4th from 9 AM to 1 PM at Zrinski Square in Koprivnica, and this year it will be joined by the joint action of MINGORP, HGK, and HOK called ‘Valuable Hands’.
The aim of this action is to promote hardworking people who, with their skills, knowledge, and humility, produce ecological products, souvenirs, handicrafts, and traditional products created in small crafts, cooperatives, family farms, and small businesses so that such products reach consumers. A total of 164 companies, or entrepreneurs, will participate in the promotional sale of quality Croatian products bearing the labels ‘Authentically Croatian’ and ‘Croatian Quality’, as well as products from Valuable Hands.
The event will be attended by, among others from public and social life, Vice President of the Parliament Josip Friščić, State Secretary in the Ministry of Economy, Labor, and Entrepreneurship Tihana Kraljić, the County Prefect of Koprivnica-Križevci County Darko Koren, the Mayor of Koprivnica Zvonimir Mršić, and the President of the Chamber of Commerce Koprivnica and the CEO of Podravka Miroslav Vitković. – We invite citizens to join us in Koprivnica and check out the offer of quality Croatian products. Buying domestic quality products is important, especially during a global economic crisis when choosing such products protects our jobs, helps our and other families, develops the domestic economy, secures current and future pensions, and ensures the prosperity of future generations, primarily the future of our children, said the coordinator of the ‘Buy Croatian’ campaign and the director of the Trade Sector of HGK Milica Rakuša-Martulaš.
