After three years of working at Hrvatski Telekom as the operational director of the Sector for Information and Business Systems, Sven Marušić has decided to accept new challenges in the IT market in the segment of technology consulting focused on the integration of IT and telecommunications companies, according to a statement from HT.
Božidar Poldrugač, a member of the HT Management Board for Technology and Information Technology, will take over the duties of the operational director of the Sector until a new appointment is made. During his leadership of the Sector, Marušić significantly contributed to the improvement of IT organization, the efficiency of teamwork and project management, as well as the promotion of a customer perspective and service culture. Among the numerous projects carried out during this period, we particularly highlight the project for the consolidation of the billing and collection systems for HT’s fixed and internet services, the final phase of which, thanks to the exceptional commitment and high motivation of all project team members, was successfully completed in early August 2010, as stated by Hrvatski Telekom.
