The investment company Hita Securities announced today that it has successfully completed the transfer of all segments of ICF Broker’s brokerage business to Hita Securities.
Following the successful transfer of ICF Broker’s business, the transfer of Auctor’s brokerage business will take place, which is scheduled to be realized in the last quarter of this year. According to the statement, Hita Securities has simultaneously transitioned to a new information system and introduced a new trading E-trade platform for internet trading based on Microsoft Silverlight technology.
"The new platform enables significantly faster data transfer, supports trading across multiple regulated market exchanges, and offers complete market depth, meaning clients can see all buy and sell offers," the statement reads. For existing and new e-trade clients, the investment company has decided to reduce the commission over the next 100 days to 0.3 percent, with a minimum of 10 kuna per order, the statement further notes.
