At today’s sixth auction held by HBOR for the allocation of 60 million kuna from the Working Capital Loan Program, seven bids were received totaling 78 million kuna.
The most favorable bids will be known by September 3 at the latest. Only commercial banks that have approved loan funds to HBOR for the implementation of the program, or that participate in the club loan, can participate in the HBOR auction, and banks that offer a lower interest margin have priority in obtaining the loan quota. HBOR participates with 40 percent in loans intended for the working capital loan program, while the remaining 60 percent is the share of banks, and the interest rate for end users of the loans depends on the banks’ margin on their share of the loan. The last, fifth auction for model A was held at the end of June this year, and a total of 836.74 million kuna has been approved to banks in the auctions held so far for loan quotas under model A.
