Ten leading Croatian wood processors will participate under the organization of the Wood Cluster Ltd. at the fair of forestry, sawmilling, wood constructions, biofuels, and transport “Holzmesse 2010” which will be held from August 26 to 29 in Klagenfurt, Austria, it was reported today by the Wood Cluster.
The international fair in Klagenfurt is one of the most significant European fairs in the wood industry, and it is expected that more than 450 exhibitors from various European countries will present this year. The Wood Cluster emphasizes that the primary goal of Croatian companies is to maintain existing positions in the Central European market and establish cooperation with new customers, focusing on the offer of traditional solid furniture and parquet, pellets, briquettes, wood chips, and wood biomass stoves, as well as the provision of services in project preparation and resolving administrative regulations related to renewable energy sources and cogeneration.
The participation of Croatian companies is in accordance with this year’s program of participation at international fairs supported by the Croatian Chamber of Economy, the Ministry of Regional Development, Forestry and Water Management, the Ministry of Economy, Labor and Entrepreneurship, and the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, it is stated in the announcement. As highlighted by the Wood Cluster, at the “Holzmesse 2010” fair, the companies Spin Valis from Požega, Spačva from Vinkovci, Senko from Čakovec, A. G. Dinas from Đurđenovac, Solid Furniture from Zagreb, Javor from Sveti Ivan Žabno, DI Bohor from Belovar, AMS-biomass from Darda, Forest Biomass – a company established by Croatian Forests, and the production service cooperative Eko En Tris from Zagreb will present their assortment.
