Validus Share Price Increased by 8.3 Percent

With a slight positive stagnation of the index, the Zagreb Stock Exchange continues to experience low liquidity today, and given the mixed movement of the Crobex in recent days, it is evident that investors lack direction.

At 12:00 PM, the Crobex index was up 0.05 percent, at 1,847 points, while Crobex10 was up 0.43 percent, at 985 points. The regular trading volume of shares by noon reached only 3.3 million kuna, which is approximately 2 million less than at this time last Friday."On the domestic market, low liquidity prevails today as well, with no share yet having a million kuna turnover, while the indices are in a slightly positive area. Given that the Crobex has been moving mixed lately, for example, rising for two days, then falling for three days, and then rising again, it is clear that investors lack direction and that there is no clear trend on the stock exchange," emphasize the investment company Erste Securities.

They add that there are no clear directions on European stock exchanges today either, and the indices oscillate between positive and negative areas. Judging by the declines in U.S. futures indices, a negative start to trading is expected on Wall Street today. The highest turnover on the domestic market so far has been achieved by the Atlantic Group share, amounting to nearly 780,000 kuna. Its price weakened by 0.86 percent, to 700 kuna. Among larger price fluctuations, the decline in the price of Ingra by more than 2 percent, to 22 kuna, on a turnover of 280,000 kuna stands out. The largest price increase, however, is recorded by Validus shares, up 8.3 percent, to 14 kuna, with a turnover of 140,000 kuna. (H)
