Končar – elektroindustrija d.d. reported to the Zagreb Stock Exchange about the release of 25,050 own shares, which constitute 0.9739 percent of the share capital, and five members of the Management Board informed today about the acquisition of shares in that amount.
Following the aforementioned release, Končar no longer has its own shares. The President of the Management Board of Končar EI, Darinko Bago, reported the acquisition of 6,663 shares of the company based on the Agreement on Rights, Obligations, and Salary of the President of the Management Board, as well as the recommendations and conclusions of the Supervisory Board. These shares constitute 0.259 percent of the share capital and provide 0.259 percent of the votes at the General Assembly, and after this acquisition, Bago owns 6,883 shares of the company, which constitute 0.2676 percent of the share capital and provide 0.2676 percent of the votes at the General Assembly.
Members of the Management Board Marina Kralj Miliša, Davor Mladina, and Vladimir Plečko reported the acquisition of 5,330 shares each based on the Agreement on Rights, Obligations, and Salary of a Management Board Member, as well as the recommendations and conclusions of the Supervisory Board, while Management Board member Jozo Miloloža reported the acquisition of 2,397 shares on the same basis. The last price of Končar EI shares in today’s trading on the Zagreb Stock Exchange was 470 kuna, so at that price, 25,050 shares would be worth a total of approximately 11.7 million kuna. (H)
