The company Termes has announced an offer to acquire IPK Kandit Osijek, reports the Zagreb Stock Exchange today. The price that Termes commits to pay per share is 235.51 kuna.
This was the average weighted price of IPK Kandit shares from March 20 to June 20 of this year. In the three months preceding the obligation to publish the takeover offer, there was no trading of IPK Kandit shares on the Zagreb Stock Exchange. The offer pertains to 349,769 ordinary shares of IPK, which represent about 49 percent of the share in the equity capital. The obligation to publish the offer arose for Termes after it acquired 361,825 ordinary shares in June, representing 50.6 percent of the share in the equity capital of IPK Kandit and providing 55.46 percent of the votes. Termes is acting jointly with the companies M SAN Investments, Žito, Vage, Premisa, and IPK Zavod in the takeover process, as stated in the takeover offer. (H)
