The Supervisory Board of Croatia Insurance (CO) at today’s meeting approved the Decision on the Acceptance of the Plan to Reduce the Number of Employees by five percent according to the Government’s conclusion from May 28, as stated in the CO press release published on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
Although the agenda of the meeting included the Decision on the Appointment of Members of the Management Board of Croatia Insurance, the Supervisory Board did not discuss or decide on that agenda item. The Supervisory Board received information on the company’s operations for the first šix months of this year.
